Our manufacturing process is so flexible that it allows us to offer a wide choice of materials and finishes. The principle involves sandwiching insulation foam or board to panel facings so as to obtain a rigid, lightweight yet durable panel.

Architectural Panels use a vacuum bonding technique using a heated vacuum process to give a permanent adhesion.
We can incorporate shapes, curves, corners, bends, pipe holes, catflaps, radius corners, sills, facias and balcony panels into each design.

Our own hot-wire conveyor can cut styrofoam to close tolerance to ensure confirmation to virtually any insulation requirement.
